2. Privacy policy

Data controller: Ruben Sadeu (ALPHA - COACHING), contact details above.

Data I collect: name, email, phone and messages you send through the contact form, booking or chat; order and delivery details for shop purchases; anonymous visit statistics (cookies, only with your consent).

Why: to answer you, manage your sessions and orders, invoice, and improve the site. Legal basis: contract, legal obligations (accounting) and your consent for statistics cookies.

Who receives it: only me and my technical providers (Wix for hosting, bookings and payments; Google Analytics for statistics). I never sell your data.

How long: as long as our relationship lasts, and up to 10 years for accounting documents.

Your rights (GDPR): access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection and portability. Write to coaching.alpha@hotmail.com. You can also file a complaint with the CNPD (cnpd.public.lu).

Cookies: you can accept or refuse non-essential cookies in the banner and change your choice at any time.

3. Terms & conditions (sessions and shop)

Prices: in euros, VAT included where applicable. Payment is made when you book or order.

Sessions: you can cancel or reschedule a session free of charge through your booking or by contacting me. If I have to cancel, the session is rescheduled or fully refunded.

Health: please tell me about any medical condition before training; if in doubt, ask your doctor. Taking part in sessions and events is at your own responsibility, within the limits of the law.

Digital products (PDF guides and plans): delivered right after payment. By downloading them, you agree to immediate delivery and lose your 14-day right of withdrawal.

Physical accessories: you have 14 days after delivery to return an item in its original condition. Refund within 14 days of the return; return shipping is at your expense. The legal warranty of conformity applies.

Applicable law: Luxembourg law. In case of a dispute, let's first look for an amicable solution; you can also contact the Consumer Mediator (mediateurconsommation.lu).
